How Enrollment Works
Applied Brilliance Academy is a small, personalized learning hub for children ages 5–8 with limited availability for older students, designed to support a wide range of learners through a calm, structured, and hands-on approach in the Northeast Austin / Manor area.
- Ages served: 5–8 hub in the Northeast Austin / Manor area
- Program schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Group size: Intentionally small group size (typically 6–8 students, capped at 10)
- Minimum commitment: 6 months
- Enrollment deposit: (non-negotiable)
Program Fees
Full Pod Program
$1900 per month / per child
Option to pay $950 every 2 weeks instead of monthly.
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Teacher lead, calm, sensory-aware environment
- Hands-on literacy, math, and early STEM
- Individualized supports and parent collaboration
- Part-time options available
What the Program Fee Covers
The program fee supports a small-group, highly personalized environment that includes:
- Individualized learning plans guided by a teacher
- Structured routines and visual supports
- Sensory tools, calming strategies, and regulation breaks
- Access to learning materials, manipulatives, and early STEM resources
Enrollment Steps
1. Join the Interest List
Share your information so we know you are interested. This is not a commitment. It helps us understand demand and reach out as spots open.
2. Family Conversation
We schedule a call or meeting to learn about your child, walk through the program details, and decide together whether our pod is a good fit.
3. Reserve Your Spot
If it feels like the right match, you complete enrollment paperwork and set up your chosen payment schedule (monthly or every 2 weeks). Pay (non-negotiable) deposit.
Payment & Commitment
Our goal is to keep expectations clear and predictable for families. Our program is designed for consistency and routine, so we do not offer drop-in scheduling.

- Limited Part-Time: Monday/Wednesday/Friday
