How Enrollment Works
Applied Brilliance Academy is a small, relationship-centered learning pod designed for neurodivergent and sensory-sensitive children who thrive in calm, structured environments.
- Ages served: 5–10 years old
- Location: Learning pod in the Northeast Austin / Manor area
- Program schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Group size: Small pod model with limited spots
- Minimum commitment: 6 months
Program Fees
Full Pod Program
$1,625 per month / per child
Option to pay $812.50 every 2 weeks instead of monthly.

What the Program Fee Covers
The program fee supports a small-group, highly personalized environment that includes:
- Individualized learning plans guided by parent input
- Structured routines and visual supports
- Sensory tools, calming strategies, and regulation breaks
- Access to learning materials, manipulatives, and early STEM resources
Enrollment Steps
1. Join the Interest List
Share your information so we know you are interested. This is not a commitment. It helps us understand demand and reach out as spots open.
2. Family Conversation
We schedule a call or meeting to learn about your child, walk through the program details, and decide together whether our pod is a good fit.
3. Reserve Your Spot
If it feels like the right match, you complete enrollment paperwork and set up your chosen payment schedule (monthly or every 2 weeks).
Payment & Commitment
Our goal is to keep expectations clear and predictable for families.
- Program fee: $1,625 per month per child
- Payment options: monthly or every 2 weeks
- Minimum commitment: 6 months
- Program runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Limited pod size to protect a calm, stable learning environment
